This project features two diamond-shaped elements in the floor plan and numerous other conceptual designs. It includes 2-4 floors of monolithic reinforced concrete, with tunnels and luxurious staircases spanning 7 levels of the building. The design also incorporates three fireplaces and 200 m² of open common space.
