This was one of our first country houses, realized in the Vartemyagi cottage community in 2006. Over the following years, we completed around a dozen more projects in this area.

At the beginning of the project, the site already featured a main/standard house, garage, and fencing, which established the overall stylistic direction. The goal was to build a guest house with a large leisure area. As the construction progressed, it became clear that this new building was not only important but perhaps even more significant than the main structure on the property.
